Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Sparks Provider, provided by Sparks Support Pty Ltd (ABN 93 669 152 103). By creating or using an account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you are authorised to represent.

The service
Sparks Provider helps small support providers coordinate team, participant, schedule, document, agreement, invoice and related operational records. It is not an agency, marketplace, plan manager, payroll, human-resources or clinical service.
This is general information, not financial or NDIS advice.
You remain responsible for professional judgement and for meeting employer, workplace, tax, privacy, safeguarding, NDIS, insurance, recordkeeping and other obligations that apply to your organisation.
Accounts and authority
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in and devices secure.
- Use your own account. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
- Only enter or access information your organisation is authorised to hold and use.
- Organisation roles control access. Owners and admins receive manager access, while workers receive role-limited access.
- Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access or an account that should no longer have access.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or another person’s rights;
- access an organisation or record without permission;
- upload malicious code or interfere with service security;
- probe, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service, except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use Sparks Provider to provide a prohibited, unsafe or misleading service.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, the service or a legal obligation. We will act proportionately and give notice where it is safe and practical.
Subscriptions and purchases
The iOS and Android apps offer an annual auto-renewable subscription for one provider organisation. The applicable app store shows the price, currency and subscription period before you confirm. Payment is charged to the Apple Account or Google Play account used for the purchase. The subscription renews unless it is cancelled through that store before renewal.
Apple or Google handles the applicable store payment processing, cancellation and refund decisions. Restore Purchases can reconnect an eligible existing purchase. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. These terms supplement it and do not reduce rights it gives you.
A web subscription paid through Stripe is separate from an app-store subscription and the two are not automatically combined. Contact support before buying through an app store for an organisation that already has a web subscription.
Third-party services
Optional services such as Xero, Apple or Google subscriptions, Stripe payments, email and SMS operate under their own terms and privacy policies. You authorise the information transfer when you connect or use one of those services. We are not responsible for a third party’s service, availability or decisions, but we remain responsible for our own handling of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your records and our software
Your organisation retains its rights in information and files it enters. You give Sparks Support the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit that content to provide and secure the service.
Sparks Support retains its rights in the application, branding, documentation and service design. Your subscription gives authorised users a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for the subscribed organisation while access remains active.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but online services can be interrupted by maintenance, faults, networks or third-party providers. Keep exports or other records your organisation needs for business continuity. We may change the service to improve security, comply with law or maintain the product.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending use and deleting data
You can stop using the service at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal through the payment provider, but does not by itself delete app records. Follow the account deletion instructions for an individual sign-in or organisation closure.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any right you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable law.
Questions can be sent to hello@sparksprovider.app. We may update these terms and will show the latest update date on this page.
